I can not give a zero? While he presented as a kind man, he was a poor listener, he botched a bone marrow biopsy, resulting in going in twice, ended with saying, "it that wasn't that bad?" Trying to call into his office was very frustrating, the nurse and the medical assistant were rude, short and would state that the doctor was out of the office, so it may take 2-3 days to get any response-this when/if they bothered to call back.The patient was so weak that she could not hold her head up. He did not want to see photos of her blood covered sputum. It got worse, he went on to do chemo, after hearing that a patient had been in the ER, just 2 nights before and that she had just lost her mom and her aunt in the past week. This resulted in a fatal error. The chemo could have waited; the cancer was greatly diminished according to the last PET scan. Our friend/mom/sister/grandmother died from chemo toxicity after 18 grueling days in ICU.
