My experience during construction was very positive. However the problem with my pool is the tile is falling off. It started about 2 years ago. I made 2 calls to their office asking to talk to either their sales person or the owner. Neither one returned my calls. So I visited their office on Swanson and just happened to run into the owner. Explained my problem and he gave me tile and adhesive to reinstall the tile that was falling off. So I did the repair and now the tile is falling off again but in greater numbers than before. They did not offer to help, just shoved the tile and adhesive and said you do it. So I have made 2 calls to their office and have not returned my calls. I think the best way for me to proceed from here is to seek an attorney. You know if I win and I think I will it will cost Mohave Pools. Because of this experience I would advise anyone to stay away from Mohave Pools. I guess I should mention the pool we had installed is all fiberglass 100% tile.

We love our new pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, and landscaping. We worked with Bart the owner to design a pool that would fit in the area where we wanted the pool and jacuzzi. The entire project came out better than we expected, especially with the recommendations that Bart suggested. Once we signed the contract Bart waisted no time pulling permits and starting the project. We are very happy thank you Mohave County Pools.
