Moist realtors has been managing my rental for over 5 years. My wife and I have been happy with the tenants that they have found for us, and we feel that they have gotten top dollar for our house. They are easy to talk to, and have made being a landlord easy.

My husband and I have rented a home for over two years. The home is beautiful. The price is reasonable, and the maintenance requests (2 in two years + because home is in such good condition) are handled almost immediately. We are very happy with Moist Realty and their staff. We plan on continuing to rent from them until we are ready to buy a home.

I rented through Moist for almost 2 years. They were always a pleasure to speak to. Everytime I had issues I was able to speak to someone who helped me resolve the issue asap. At the time, my friends and I were first time renters and one of my roommates had moved out a day after we moved in. Moist worked with us to stay in our place without her. Overall a great experience!
