We went to zafarranchi ‘s office to have annual check up, you know how hard that is, to make an appointment , plus save the day for that appointment , you need to ask for the day off in your job and or pick up your kids early from school etc. Worse, if you don't have a car. Today, I lost my day and my child ‘s day due to  zafarranchi personel not doing their job putting the patients name(my child) on the list. They told me “we’re sorry, nothing that we can do”, kind of like “get out of here”. They’ll  give you nice faces in the beginning only to have you as customer or patient. This is very disappointing for Latinos. If we were the same race, immediately they’d call you in, I have seen this many times. People speak up, we are majority and we deserve some respect. There are more doctors in the area, not only her,  and because of us they’re rich.
Very disappointed, angry, hungry ,tired.

Hate that whenever i need one apointment for my daughters they always over book also hate that they always put you on hold for over 10 minutes to say sorry we are too busy we cant give a appoinment im so removing my daughters of this place also hate they give priority to rich people over common hard working class

My boys have been seeing Dr. Z for over three years now. We've moved from Woodland Hills to Westchester and I kept their doctor. Now we live in Burbank and we still drive 45 to 60 minutes (due to traffic) to see her. The staff is great, which is another reason why I keep coming back. I love how they keep their cool when the office is extremely busy, juggling patients and never ending phone calls. We appreciate everything you do! Thank you!!

Dr. Zafaranchi is very knowledgeable and always addresses all of my questions. She is always extremely attentive and her office is awesome! I completely trust her and recommend her 100%. Thank you so much Doctor!
