Best massage! Doug is very skilled, highly professional, and very attentive to my specifications. . As an athlete, a great massage can really help to improve muscle recovery and Doug does an exceptional job with deep tissue service. Highly recommended!

Have been here twice for a massage with my spouse. It is one of the best spas in Houston, in my opinion. A+++ experience, including the access to the pool all day, nice shower and hot tub facilities, and a great waiting room with free champagne and snacks. Was there to celebrate an anniversary and the staff gave us a card and a gift. Have been so very satisfied each time I have been. Oh yeah, the spa services I have received have been amazing as well.

Not a pleasurable experience.  My reservation was inaccurate (on Valentine's Day) but they did offer me the service they forgot as part of my package at no charge when I come back next time.
Also, I really don't like the way the spa is laid out.  The changing room is very close to the lobby and you can hear conversations, telephones and credit card machines when you are trying to get in relaxation mode. You also feel like if that door opens everyone in the lobby is going to get a glimpse of you changing into your robe! The main corridor to the treatment areas runs right through the middle of the "locker rooms" and the relaxation area. I was in the hot tub and the sauna and there are employees  rushing past, in and out while I'm standing there with all my clothes off.  NOT a good feeling!  Also, when we were trying to relax in the relaxation area you can hear the toilets flush in the locker rooms.
Overall not a great experience:-(
