Workmans Comp decided to send me to the Carol Stream office first. When I got there I learned that the MRI machine was broken. One touch medical was supposed to have called me but they didn't. The girls were also nice there and very apologetic.I was given a gas card for my trouble in the amount of $10 and they set up an appointment with the Wooddale office. I went to Wooddale later that day.They were very polite. There was some confusion with when I had surgery with plate and screws. Apparently that requires four weeks healing before they can do an MRI.  That day was exactly 4 weeks but apparently the radiologist doesn't know how to read a calendar because the technician came out personally to talk to me and said I had to wait till later that week.when I got home my husband was really upset I hadn't thought about the day I had surgery but he pointed out that it was indeed four weeks. I called them back the next day and they were very accommodating I was treated very well here.

I don't understand these negative reviews, had nothing but completely professional experience.

This company is a must to avoid. Many friends warned me to stay away, but I didn't listen. Their location was convenient. That was all that turned out to be convenient. The behavior of all the employees here were very obnoxious. They acted like they didn't need the business. Like I was a nuisance. The X-Rays were taken in a very hurried manner. I was told later they didn't come out and somehow I was to blame. They told me I would be charged again for a second visit, but this time I listened to my friends and went elsewhere.

I was recommend to this place, to take an X ray for my knee , and I got the same day images on CD as promised

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt like I was in a Third World Country. During the X-Rays it was so bad I asked if I could leave. They said they were almost done. That wasn't true. They never threatened me verbally nor tried to physically restrain me, but the ominous looks on their faces told me I needed to comply. When they finally finished I ran out of there.
