Brad Reynolds and Dan Oswald prepared a Business Valuation for our small company last year. They asked great questions in order to learn as much as possible about the operation and really opened our eyes to many things we had not considered. We were really impressed. They are also a great Accounting firm with CPA's on staff as well as extremely helpful Accountants. I happen to also know many of their other clients and they are always raving about everyone at the firm. If you own a business I highly recommend you interview them.
