This guy is the real deal.  Was skeptical when I started but he was all action once we got rolling. He is one of the less expensive options where all the work gets taken care of for you.  I was concerned about this as I did not have time to get all this paperwork done while still working.  He regularly communicated via email and text message.  It took a lot less time than I thought.  Overall, it was a great experience. Take the leap.  It’s worth it.

Based on other positive reviews, I decided to use Sam's services to get my EIN. The application process was quite straight forward & Sam contacted me the very next day to clarify my details. When I mentioned some changes to the form, he was very receptive & made the changes as per my requirements. His price was also quite reasonable compared to other quotes that I received.  When I asked for a referral to a CPA, he was kind enough to refer me to one. I would highly recommend  his services.

My experience of setting up my corporation with Sam was smooth and very professional. He informed me of what his services covered in detail, reviewed each step in the process and fulfilled each aspect of the plan in a timely fashion. I always wanted to be entrepreneur and have my own company my whole life! Sam Mollaei made it possible for me! BASICALLY MY BIGGEST DREAM and Sam gave me the first step. I couldn't do that by my own and his help is GOLD! In less than a week everything was READY...SO FAST! I thought would take me months but Sam MADE IT IN A BLINK!
My advice for people in my position? 
I know there are tons of entrepreneurs looking for answers. Your answers are HERE with Sam Mollaei. Out there are people charging thousands of dollars for a mediocre service and even tricky!
