You pay a higher price for the first cleaning which we agreed to, however, when it was time for the 2nd cleaning which allows you to get the lower price they did not come.  We were told that they are no longer cleaning on our desired day EVEN THOUGH we were told that our day was ok and the first cleaning took place on the desired day.  We sent a letter to both the branch that handled our cleaning and corporate office with no response.

Melissa and her crew always do an outstanding job for us. They are professional and customer focused. We started using Molly Maid when I broke my ankle last summer and couldn't do the cleaning myself. We were so happy with the service they provided we continued after I had recovered and could have done the cleaning on my own again. They do a far better job than I could ever do.

Great company! They do a wonderful job, very flexible with schedule changes. We've been using Molly Maids for about 5 years now. Even when something unfortunate happens, they make it right. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service with fair pricing.

They have been cleaning my house for 3 years now.  Always do a great job!  The girls are friendly and pay so much attention to details!  You can do weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings.  Worth every penny!

Molly maids helps keep our house on track.  My floors , kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling after they have been here.  It is so nice to have everything clean at one time.
