True story...The joint was jumping the day I came. Must have been right after church. Mom & Paup had just opened and staff was working double-time to get everyone their food. I sat at the counter and enjoyed my chicken fried steak. Eventually, the rush subsided and as I got up to leave, Paup, eyeing my solar backpack, asked me, "Are you walking cross country?" Well not quite, I was crossing the country on an electric motorcycle though and we all chatted  and took this photo before I hit the road...

Basic food, nothing special. The staff is always friendly but this time it took a really long time to get our order.

We just had a couple sandwiches, but they were good, with hand cut fries.  Cute decor, and nice conversations.
