Doug provides an old fashion level of service. He gave me the amount of time I need to explain what I needed. I never felt rushed, unlike when i  shop at a large chain store.  With his many years of experience he created the perfect frame for my work of art and my home. If you want something that will be a show piece in your home, I highly recommend mom & pop's frame.

"Above and Beyond"
I needed a 30x45" picture framed for a birthday.  I brought the picture in on a Tuesday and I needed the picture in time for a party on Thursday evening.  It was done on time and it was done beautifully.  However, there is more to this story.  Unfortunately, the owner's "framing machine" broke on Wednesday morning.  He spent Wednesday afternoon/early evening, driving to Los Angeles to buy a new machine.  He worked all Wednesday night/Thursday morning, so that I would have my present to give on Thursday evening.  Who does those types of things these days?  I was very impressed.  I was also impressed by the communication during the process, and the help in making the right framing decision.  Outstanding.
