MOM'S FLORIST ON AUBURN BLVD. BAILED US OUT BECAUSE BECKY'S FLOWERS LET US DOWN!
PAID FOR A BOUQUET OF WHITE ROSES AND BOUTONNIERES FOR A WHITE/BLACK WEDDING.  MORNING OF WEDDING I PICK UP THE FLOWERS AND THEY ARE YELLOW WITH GREEN TINT TO THEM.  EXCUSE WAS THAT HIS DISTRIBUTOR DIDN'T HAVE WHITE!  HOW CAN COSTCO HAVE WHITE AND NOT A FLORIST???!  A CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE, BUT NONE MADE TO US.  WENT TO MOM'S FLOWERS, THEY NOT ONLY BAILED US OUT WITH WHITE ROSES ON A BUSY SATURDAY MORNING 3 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING, THEY ALSO PROVIDED (2) ARRANGEMENTS FOR OUR WICKER BASKETS THAT I COULDN'T AFFORD AT BECKY'S FOR 1/3 THE PRICE AND ALL WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE...........THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE THEIR PRIORITY AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FACT THEY WERE THERE FOR US.  UNFORTUNATELY, I NEVER USED THE ARRANGEMENTS I HAD TO PAY OVER 165.00 FOR AT BECKY'S BECAUSE THEY WERE YELLOW, BUT LESSON LEARNED!  THANK YOU TO ALL AT MOM'S FLOWERS!!!!!

yeah thanks for hiring me and then NEVER calling me back. really love getting my hopes up and then never hearing from u again. going to college soon, could've really used the money. -10/10. u guys are butt heads. at least call me and tell me you didn't need any more employees.

I called to get a simple corsage for my daddy daughter dance. They asked what flowers. I said anything.  We go there for all our dances. The lady then cuts me off and said she does not have time, weddings were a priority.  Will not be back!

If i could give 0 stars i would. When i first contacted moms flower shop they seemed helpful.  I was referred by a friend that had a wonderful experience and her arrangements were beautiiful and she said they worked with your budget. I originally scheduled my consult for june 03 2017. I scheduled my consult back in feb. I live out of state but my soon to be hubby and i are from the area and will be getting married in the area. When i made the consult they wanted me to send pictures of ideas i liked and my color scheme. I did and in the email i explained we are from out of town and june 1 would be ideal since we will already be in the area she said that would be fine and she would see me june 1 @ 2pm. I was running late due to traffic and called to let them know i called about 1:45. When i called whoever answered was really rude and said they had me down for saturday i tried explaining about the email and she cut me off and said theres nothing she can do becuse cyndi wasnt there. I had told her well i cant come in saturday so they can cancel it. She said oh well ill call cyndi and call you right back. We arrived there about 2:18. Did not have a call back when i walked in i explained what was going on it was a different person she had no idea what was going on. She was never called the one who i spoke on the phone LEFT and never even tried to call cyndi. I still have yet to receive an apology or anything. Im suprised how good of a reviews this place has. But i think it might also be because they have a sign hanging up if you give a GOOD review on yelp and bring a copy of it in you will receive $20 off your order of $20 or more. Yeah this place will not get my business for my wedding.

I came here for valentine's day to get my wife some roses,and I highly recommend this place, very professional and nice.
