Unfortunately there's not an option for NO stars. Dry cleaners ruined my leather trimmed suit. Left the press on a smidge longer than they should have. SCORCHED. Not fixable so I threw it away. Attempted to wash a comforter on the laundromat side but the overgrown mold coming from where one puts laundry detergent, made me think twice. FILTHY. DIRTY. I'd rather pay more for sanitary conditions. Don't bother.

The owner is always nice when I go in there.  It's a busy place, but things move right along.  I only go maybe once or twice a year to do all the quilts and comforters.  The washers and dryers work well.  Suits my needs just fine.

This place is by far the most discusting place I have ever been too. Very very dirty. Floors look like they have never been clean. The owner was very rude to my pregnant wife. I would recommend never coming here. Drive to Sheldon cleaners it's worth the drive. -5 stars for this hell hole.

I like that this is a laundromat which is attended.  It isnt the best-kept, but I've seen far worse, and there are many machines.  HOWEVER.  Mona is a dishonest person.  I once dropped off about 12 pounds of laundry to be do e (89 cents per pound is the posted price), and she tried to bill me $36.00!  Um.....no.  I attempted to discuss the issue with her and she yelled and told me that I was a bad customer, etc...  Seems like a pattern.  We finally "settled" at $25 (but only after I mentioned posting a bad review...she got real nice real quick.  Interesting...) so that I could have my underwear back, and I decided to give it another try, since their prices are the best I've found.  Went pretty well for about 2 months or so  of weekly laundry.  Cut to today.  One of her machines wasn't working properly, the lights don't go on at the appropriate therefore, I did not add soap because I made the mistake of using the machine ACCORDING TO HER POSTED DIRECTIONS.  When I asked about it, I was told that she doesn't use that machine, so she doesn't know about it.  Even her employee tried to explain to her (he thought the machine was out of order) and she said "Machine works!!! 
 You need to watch, put in soap when water go down.  Don't watch lights uf they not work."  I said that I WAS watching it znd it had been rinsing my clothes for 15 minutes with no change in the lights so I never added soap.  Her response was that a previous  customer told her about the lights (this machine had no special directions), and advised her to just "watch for the water to come down." ?!?!?!  Fine.  So just for kicks I asked if she would reimburse me since her machine didn't work.  She said "Customer does not know it their problem."  Well Mona, I know THIS:  You are a dishonest cheat, and not only am I posting this here but I am going to tell all of my friends who I sent to you how you treat the people who are gracious enough to use your business.  That $20 a week that you've been getting from me?  Bah Bye!

0/5 Worst laundromat I've ever been to (and I've been to some bad ones in westside GR). The owner ran out (literally) and berated my 8 month pregnant self for closing the washer door too hard. Not to mention, this place is absolutely filthy. Never come here.
