I have fought with this place for a year trying to get my dry cleaning done correctly.. When they make mistakes they act like its the customers fault. Staff lies and disrespects customers.  It's sad cause there are some good staff.  SERIOUS SERIOUS management problems.

From the cashiers to their management, they are 100% TERRIBLE.  Their work is horrible at best.  They ruined a very expensive jacket and have failed three different times attempting to repair the damage that they caused.  They clearly do NOT care about their customers.  

Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else!!!  

Monarch Cleaners are TERRIBLE!!! 

If I could rate them a Zero out of Five I would.  One star is being generous.

I saw a monarch cleaning van last night on 16th ave over by the hospital with a guy and a red haired girl packing stuff up from a house and moving it. That can't be sanitary for a cleaning service. Also observed red haired girl screaming in the middle of the street. Then she got in the monarch van and drove it off. This was after business hours, around 7:30 pm...what a joke. Using a company vehicle for personal purposes.

Descent cleaning service, but not very gentle on clothing. Shirts appear to stretch and shrink after taking it.
