Maureen took the time to explain step by step what I was going to encounter with the Botox/Injectable fillers.  She was soft-spoken friendly and paid attention to detail.   It was incredibly evident after I left your facility and looked in the my rear view mirror. I could not believe how precise she was. I was like a kid in a candy store as I was driving home on Route 422 earlier! Hugs & Kisses to Maureen! (I am lookin' forward to the next few days or better to see the additional benefits.)

Monarch Med Spa is a great place to go if you are interested in laser hair removal. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are very fair. The actual place is meticulous and always clean. They are always on time (if not early) and the staff members are all very courteous.

Went for some treatments on my back, not only did it not work, they burnt me on two of my 5 appointments, told me it was normal.  Plus came away from it with more hair on my back then I went in with.  Never received any phone calls back nor emails back when I contacted them.  When I'd ask why I'm not seeing any progress they told me I will after my last treatment.  STAY AWAY!
