I have had to call the collections department several times. With the exception of once, I always get some very dry-toned, unpleasant, woman that answers the phone. After explaining what I was calling for she literally asked me "what do you want me to do?" The first time I came into the Greenbelt location  or any of the locations for that matter,  A man was at the customer service counter. He also was very dry, very unhelpful and had an attitude.  He did not have the decency to at least assist me with the process for making a payment,  after saying at least twice that I've never been in here before nor have I went through the process of making a payment inside.  All he was capable of was pointing. I can understand why the few ratings they have have received one star. I hope this is not indicative of future dealings because I have a new car loan with them.

They were not helpful. And i would not recommend them to anybody.

I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE over the phone without success. Horrible member service I regret so much financing a vehicle with them. I do not recommend this institution at all, I have a very serious issue with the loan they fI Nance and it is critical to get in touch with them, however they just don't answer the phone.  If I could rate you negatively I would.
