Very good selection of items to choose from to put into our bowls, however only options for sizing was large so it was almost$ 80 for lunch for 4. Only was the one chef who was cooking it was a very long wait to get it cooked. They no longer offered soup or rice. Very much a cold building, they wouldn't allow us to sit in the area where they sun was shining and would have been warmer. No upgrades in the last 20 years and it's starting to show the wear and tear. Bathrooms need a significant upgrade. We used to love coming here but think we will choose elsewhere next time.
Great food, restaurant needs a good cleaning. I mean close down for a day and clean the whole place. But the the food is so good, I'll risk it being dirty
You’ll pay for seconds! Charged for two bowls at $16.99 each. Could have ate at stake house for less money. Soup was cold. Mongolian BBQ was good but felt like I had been robbed with a bill over $40 with a 10% tip. Only ordered water, no appetizers but I went back for seconds…
Well, not so wow, it's just that if you have a quick bite to eat, you can visit! The dishes are dirty, not washed, I took about 10 plates, they all came out dirty! But the food will be better in the box!
The food is amazing like some of the best stuff I've ever had but, you can end up getting food poisoning. Personally the first time I was in extreme pain and this time I'm nauseous. This place is the only place that'll cook your noodles right in front of you in town meaning its a treasure but I think they should at least do a remodel and work on food safety a bit more. Maybe properly clean everything before adding on a new bowl. I know it'll mean you have to wait a bit longer for your food but it's more sanitary if you clean everything properly before cooking up a new bowl. Yet again the food is to die for but I think some more kitchen sanitation skills need to be looked at
The atmosphere and service needs work but the food has been 5 stars every time I've come in for decades. Every time I'm in town this is a MUST for me to go to. I cannot reccommend the food highly enough
The place looked sketchy. There aren’t many choices and nothing is fresh let alone properly kept at safe temps. The place needs to be shut down or taken over and ran properly. All ingredients are in large metal containers sitting on beds of ice and completely full. There is only 6-8 sauces to choose from. Which doesn’t really matter because when you hand your bowl over to the cook he dumps at least 4-5 cups guess as it’s poured from a bottle with no lid on your food. My partner even told him no and he did it anyway. The place is dirty. No employee was wearing gloves. The food was pushed around the grill one bowl at a time with a dirty wooden stick. So if you have food allergies DONT GO!!! The grill and the stick aren’t cleaned in between bowls. The stick is just placed in a 5 gallon bucket. We gave it a try, at two bites, paid, left and order dominos. I love places like this BUT THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE
Other than the cook seeming grouchy, service was good. The ladies upfront were every friendly.Food: 4/5
This guy can do anything on that big ole grill. Reminds me of Okinawa, great food. I go here every time I hit Casper, WY!
Only about half of the food choices are identified well. The way some of the food that IS identified, is made, it doesn't taste right.Food: 3/5
