Monica and her team made my floral visions for our wedding a reality. I simply gave Monica photos of my ideas and told her my budget and she worked her magic. I visited other florists and did not feel the warm connection I did with Monica. She was kind and enthusiastic from the very beginning. The day of our wedding, our table centerpieces were simple, yet elegant. I received so many compliments about them. I cannot say enough how much I absolutely LOVED my bouquet. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I will be sure to recommend Monica and her entire team to anyone looking for a talented and professional florist!

First I have to say that I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one after having experienced the worst business and customer service I have had in my entire life. I wish zero stars were an option. Monica Chimes Floral, Inc. in West Harrison, New York was not only the worst wedding vendor experience I had while planning my wedding in June but Monica personally is one of the worst people I have ever met and dealt with. Wedding planning was extremely enjoyable for me and I fell in love with the process. I planned my wedding entirely on my own with the help of my wonderful mother. I really did my research and took my time finding what I thought were the perfect vendors for me. I practically became a botanist, learning about and planning the flowers for the wedding and for the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. I am a very caring, personable person so finding vendors that were pleasant and I connected with was important to me as well. I was completely shocked about my error in judgment about Monica and her team and unfortunately when I found out it was too late and the damage had been done. Although I live in Manhattan, I got married in Westchester so felt like a Westchester florist would be easiest. This did limit my search but I was happy at the time when I found Monica Chimes close by my venue. I have no idea why there are any positive reviews for this terrible company and owner. We first went to their store in West Harrison, New York to meet Monica and her staff and see a sample of a centerpiece. We liked the centerpiece they showed us (which was based on our recommendations) and decided to hire them and give a deposit. Do not be fooled by them, you will be sorry later on! One of Monica’s employees was assigned to my wedding. Clearly, Monica has terrible judgment to allow someone like this employee to represent her company. Right before our photos were to start, the bouquets were dropped off in the room where we were getting ready. We did not see them being dropped off. They were dropped off without anyone telling us, or calling us that morning, to let us know that the bouquets we thought we ordered, were not the bouquets we were getting! The flower colors in the bouquets for my bouquet and the four bridesmaids were TOTALLY INCORRECT. Not only did I clearly tell Monica and her employee that I ONLY wanted peach, yellow, white and blue flowers MANY times (they knew since the samples of the centerpieces were those colors) but it was clearly written in our contract. I even created and sent them my own booklet of pictures and descriptions detailing EVERYTHING I wanted specifically for the bouquets, aisle decorations, cocktail flowers, etc. Monica’s employee even promised me that she would send me a picture of everything the day before the wedding, and of course this never happened. Not only did the bouquets have bright hot pink flowers but the "blue" was actually purple. These are two colors that I definitely did not want, did not fit into my color scheme and were not listed in the contract. Not only was there pink, but they picked the worst type of flower for a bouquet, ones that instantly fell apart. Another issue we had with the flowers was the vases they used for the flowers placed down the aisle were supposed to be in low galvanized buckets (also in the contract) and discussed with them numerous times, but instead they were in tall, smooth, silver vases. Sadly, messing up the flowers on the most important day of my life is not even the worst part of it. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Monica and her total lack of customer service skills. I was flabbergasted to find out how Monica aka Monica Chimes Floral, Inc. handled it. She was rude, nasty and unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with such a mean, awful person and add stress and uncertainty to such a special day.

I had the best experience while shopping online with Monica Chimes Floral. They were so courteous and knowledgeable which made my purchase so fun and easy. When all was said and done, my sister got the most gorgeous arrangement of flowers I have ever seen without spending a ton of money. The flowers lasted almost 2 WEEKS!!! I can't wait to order flowers for my mother's birthday. I am DEFINITELY going back to Monica Chimes Floral for all of my flower orders!

Monica did all the florals for my wedding back in June, and I can't even express how amazing they were!! I showed her pictures of the look I was going for and the colors I wanted and she took it from there. She has a passion for what she does and I was lucky enough to be a part of her talent. The centerpieces were stunning, the boquets were beautiful and my headpiece was beyond expectation- I wore it ALL night! Monica is so fun and easy to work with- and I would absolutely recommend her for any event where you want exceptional floral arrangements. Thanks Monica!!!!

As my husband and I celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, I feel inspired to thank the people who made our day so special and memorable. Regrettably, this ‘thank you’ is wayyyy overdue! Monica Chimes Floral helped to make our wedding day so beautiful. As a bride with very little experience with flowers, Monica made my vision happen. I remember walking in to her shop, being greeted with a warm welcome and some humor that made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was going have Monica bring my vision to life. From there we chatted and came up with a design for all areas of the wedding venue from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. Monica is very thorough, organized and detailed, which made me feel very assured. As the planning process continued, I received a call from my venue that our room was going to be switched from an intimate space to a grande ballroom. Well, we didn’t plan our centerpieces for such a large space. I was in panic mode (sometimes us brides get like that…lol). I called Monica and explained the situation. Without a question or second thought, Monica stepped up to the plate and said that she would make it work and make the vision come alive in this new space. And WOW, she did more than make it work. She designed the space beautifully. My guests loved our centerpieces; in fact, I still get compliments on them today. Furthermore, my bridesmaids LOVED their bouquets and my bouquet was stunning, perfect and exactly what I wanted. So, THANK YOU Monica and staff for making our day brighter, beautiful and so memorable. I highly recommend using Monica Chimes Floral!
