廚師是艋舺人,做的招牌料理是艋舺當地80年老店出名的"燒肉",重要關鍵是在於裡頭的紅麴,既健康又養身,但又跟俗稱的紅糟肉有所不同,是洛杉磯獨一無二的料理;又因廚師有一半是客家人的血統,所以在菜單裡有客家傳統純手工湯圓,讓許多客家人的食客吃到感動,有家鄉的味道;另外還有許多的麵食以及飯點都有台灣麵攤的味道,如置身於台灣,有家鄉的感覺
