This place is a absolute joke in a half this place should be shut down until the people who work here including the judges grow up i dont care how many years they went to school to be where they are now whoopy do they are unprofessional at the highest all this place is an money racket business sky rocket sure they convict criminals last minute usually only for personal gain to just repeat the cycle in sending these individuals with bond so they can be right back on the streets a week or two later still terrorizing the citizens of this town. They will let these drug addicts right back out on the street for a price. Where is the justice or the help in that for these people there is none. I think its about time we the citizens take a stand against this place who's been victimized by these addicts they let out who's stolen or beat you or someone you may know or care about and never yet seen any justice done including the police department who is friendly with these addicts not all but many are or treated you a certain way because of these people these addicts are turning into terrorists on the street and its well a ware of how could it not be. We should pro test on it we should speak out loud about it and how its effecting the community we should reach out to the governor with our concerns about magistrate including the police department. These addicts should be forced into treatment facilities an paid for with all the bond money that's been collected over the years that is the right thing to do than to keep letting them out on the street out of control. We are not safe in this community hardly at all anymore this place is in dire need of positive change in all aspects. That is where i stand and believe in to the highest of the high save morgantown from sinking into the rock bottom and its time for the law to either sink or swim or kick them out and get someone in building who will do something about it. My opinion on the topic

They treat American Muslims unfairly. Actually they treat all Muslims unfairly. The policies they have in place violate me as a Muslim American. They ask questions for men and not for women. They need to change there policies to better protect the community of Morgantown.

Magistrate holpit was very nice when I went in for truancy for my child . She even took extra time to address my daughter on the importance of of school and how 90% of high school drop outs end up in the criminal system . There was a few that seem a little on edge but after a addressed them with a friendly smile probably something they don't see much of considering most people that walk in there has broken the law and think that anyone in the judicial system is out to get I received a friendly reply back and even held a conversation with a few. So I don't feel like they treat anyone different, the saying treat others how you want to be treated that was the response I got that day . I have noticed ponch can be a little up tight but I have also seen him hold a door for a elderly lady and talk very kindly to a less fortunate teen-ager while being there . So he does let his job go to his head a little and takes it very seriously but he is a human being to and does have a soft side. So everyone that is fast to past judgement just cause these people work in the magistrate they are there making a living for there family just like us. As well as helping protect us from people that has did some sort of crime that could of been committed against us our familys or thanking  property that we have worked so hard to get and don't want destroyed , Or even worst one of us hurt cause of how violent Morgantown had became the past several yrs. So instead of being rude people should be smiling and thanking them for putting in the extra effort . I know people are going to see this and say I was only in there for something small but I to have did jail time , I feel like I was treated fairly had I not of broken the law I would not of been in jail to begin with. Judge Summers also asked my lawyer to help get me into rehabilitation which my lawyer never did cause judge Summers was concerned about my well being. I can't give the same review for my lawyer but thanks everyone down there keep doing a wonderful job !
