I literally scheduled an appointment for an insoectiin 3 times over 2 months and every tike ive shown up I wasnt on the schedule and had to reschedule 

The customer service here sucks everyone is rushing and too busy or rude.

A few weeks ago on a Sat my girl took her truck in for an oil change.. the following Mon morning we checked the oil and there was no oil showing on the dipstick..she took it back in and got the issue resolved..
We now need tires and are now afraid to go back.. 😐

these people do minimum in the oil change and far worse service compared to say firestone, who provide a detailed list of issues with your vehicle, and also do a comprehensive change of filters with an oil change... their posting for oil change was confusing, like it only said "oil change + mileage", so having a busy schedule i thought this was the mileage of oil change, but it was the mileage for the next change so car suffered serious problems as a result... just try somewhere else...
