Great people here, very friendly and efficient. Their prices can be a little high sometimes, but for quick service like an oil change or tire work they are great. Would highly recommend them!

I've been going to Monro Parma HTS. for no less than 9 years.  I have always receive exceptional service from the management and staff there.  Repair costs are accurately quoted and repairs are completed when promised.

Absolutely wonderful workers. Joe was so polite and helpful with explaining what I needed done with my car. Super easy to get my car in and taken car of. Definitely a great price for what I needed done. Now I understand why my parents refuse to take their cars anywhere else but here! I will always bring my car here for anything I need.
