As an ex employee and no longer customer. Please do not spend your money at monro all they care about is money and how much your willing to spend on what they find "wrong" with your car. As an employee i was treated very poorly and was denied many times at a chance at promotion because i was "too young" and the district manager refused to train me for the job. But as a forgive and forget person i decided to buy tires today at the ghent location. The balancer could not get my tires balanced so i was sent to the old store that i used to work at and was treated as if there was a vendeta against me for some reason. No matter who you are dont spend your money at monro they dont care about your car they care about your wallet.
