My fiancé dropped off her car for inspection- got the phone call from Monroe about 90 minutes later with a laundry list of needed items - "battery is shot and needs replacement" ... I replaced it two weeks prior. "Struts are shot and need to be replaced immediately." No sign of wear or leaking oil... and tire wear is within 1/32" at all four corners. Manager said "tires are worn unevenly and need replacement." 

When I walked into the office with my fiancé to pick up her car, the story changed. The story this guy spun was unbelievable and he was condescending to my fiancé the entire time.  I am an ASE certified mechanic and bait and switch places like this enfuriate me. He obviously preyed on my fiancé to try and make a sale. Never again.

Went in for problem with loose lug nuts on all tires after dealership rotated tires. Munro tightened all without charging me! They were fast, efficient and very kind. Fantastic service!!!
