Had a good experience despite several complications with my vehicle. manager kept me informed of the reasons for delay and even worked on the car himself to complete the job on time. Things happen, but he made every effort to be of efficient service. In the end, was pleased with the professionalism and sincerity demonstrated.

All of the people here are honest, upfront, and helpful. I came here initially because I had a good coupon, and I found myself coming here for all of my basic auto maintenance.

I never rate or review businesses but this was a necessity. I came in for a walk in oil change yesterday I was told it would be 30 minutes. It seems I was just told this so that I would give them money. I was willing to wait because of the price and I was going on vacation. A HOUR later I asked the technician how long it was going to be and he said it was still going a while before I could get the oil changed. About 5 minutes later they proceeded to put the vehicle on the lift and said that it was unsafe on the lift that was available. No communication between staff or idea of job order. So I agreed to make an appointment the next morning due to safety issues. I was told that the proper lift would be saved for me at my 9:30am appointment time. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment. They had another car on the lift that was supposed to be saved and I sat here for another 40 minutes before my vehicle was brought in. Again, told me something just to get me in here. No respect for other people's time. Hire more help, learn to give proper timelines, above all honesty. On top of all that the staff looks miserable and there is no working tv in the waiting room. I mean how cheap do you have to be to not have television available for your customers. Especially if they are waiting here for hours. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. So what should have been a maybe 20 minute oil change ended up being a waste of 2 hours on 2 different days while on vacation what a waste of time. I will not be returning to this place for anything once I leave here. This review was written while waiting the second time. If you value your time don't come here even with an appointment. For all the inconvenience they gave me a free oil change.

A disaster all around. Not what I expected. Went in for an oil change and a month and a half later and after a bill of over 1,200.00 I got my car back and I can't drive it. Very frustrating!!!
