My boyfriend and I were in our way up to Ithaca for New Years and my wind shield wiper fluid would not come out. It was essential since it was snowy and icky out. We stopped into this Monroe spontaneously and had good service from the start. Ryan said he would take a look at it and figured out the problem. He was nothing but hospitable the whole time. We highly recommend coming here! Thanks for your help!

Ryan was a very plesant and helpful machanic. I really enjoyed his customer service and he left my buick cleaner then i dropped it off. Thank you Ryan i will be back for brakes when the time is right. Overall Monro is a good place and will take care of what you need in a decent amount of time. Thank you Ryan! Came back one month later for the brakes and rotors and my car run fantastic Thank you again Ryan for your service on my car!

I had heard poor reviews of Munro and was reluctant to go there, but I had a serious problem with an overheated engine on New Year's Eve (a Sunday, no less) and had to drive 300 miles the following day. This was the only garage open in the area. When we called, we learned there was a new manager, Ryan, who took over the store 3 weeks earlier, who said he would do whatever he could to help us out, even though he only had one mechanic in the shop that day. When I arrived, Ryan personally inspected the car, made a couple of calls to his warehouse, and guaranteed me that he would get me back on the road the same day. The car was ready to go a half hour earlier than he estimated, and the drive the following day was smooth. Ryan is honest and dedicated, and he has won over a new customer.

The last couple of times I have stopped at the Oneonta location, the new manager was totally helpful and caring to my needs. Thanks again, I will definitely be back soon.
