I'm actually STILL sitting in their lobby area as I write this, watching as the mechanics take yet another smoke break to laugh and joke, as if they don't have a customer here waiting. I've been here since 10:30am... It's now 6:15pm and it has taken 8 hours for the mechanic here to replace a wheel bearing. Just one wheel bearing, not two, not three but a single wheel bearing. I will NEVER come here again and will make sure to let everyone I know about this experience. I literally should've driven to NYC to have this replaced. Because it would've been faster. Something that should take max 4 hours to complete, has caused me to reschedule appointments and my entire day; and after arriving for my 12:30 pm appointment early, I am the last person left here. It's 6:26 pm and I'm finally leaving. Thanks for nothing.

I was in & out with no delays for my oil change. Great team, friendly atmosphere and very professional service by Tim who worked on my vehicle and cashed me out. Price was great. Definitely going back!

Had tires delivered to the shop and mounted, Installed quickly and professionally.  I've had service there in the past with prior vehicles.  I find them honest and they let you know what needs to be fixed and what can wait.   Low pressure.

I have been a customer of this monro since 2006 and I always received great service! If it's a problem with my car I can always trust they will get the job done and correct!
