Excellent service! Always fit me in when needed and Keri is wonderful. I have been going there for 5 years and have recommended numerous friends and family. Friendly, and attentive staff

Our family has been customers for nearly 15 years and we trust the folks here implicitly! Honest, dependable and high quality work. What more can you ask for in a mechanic? We highly recommend Monro in Hyde Park!

Really nice and respectful mechanics. Took a lot of time going over the issues with my car and what was most crucial to fix first with no pressure to take on things that could wait to save me money. Gave regular updates during the 2 hours I was there. Will definitely come back.

Always attentive and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the products and services. They make sure you know the pricing and reasoning before performing services. I've been a regular customer for many years.

Being the owner of a daily driver, a tow vehicle and my fleet of leisure vehicles that range from a couple EG Civic's, an '85 Buick Regal to a '31 Model "A" Ford, you need some home town folks that you can trust. The Managers as well as the Vehicle Technicians of The Hyde Park, NY Monro Muffler have always treated my cars as well myself with dignity and respect. The honest personel are acurate in diagnosing issues with my cars that I'm unable to diagnose and fix myself. Furthermore, I never will hesitate to recommend them, no job too small (diagnose wheel bearing noise) and no job too big (2005 Tahoe fuel tank and fuel line replacement) they'll get the job done in a timely manner.
