The absolute worst. I was going to school for criminal justice at the time, but could only last one semester. The teachers were enjoyable people and knew how to teach, but when it comes to helping out the students, they could care less. Countless times I would send emails to figure things out on an assignment or just to get something approved for a project. I got a 0 on two bigger presentations because the teacher did nothing for me. My other issue is that ever single one of the staff members would go in circles with me and I couldn't get anything done properly. But my biggest issue was with their financial aid office. Countless times I needed to keep filling out some new paperwork because they get outdated in a matter of months or just "didn't receive it" and need another one from me. I started to go in every few weeks just to make sure I had everything straight, and every time i went in, there was something knew I had to do for them, despite asking if there was absolutely anything else before I was to leave the office. There response was always "no, you should be all good." I finally resolved it, but they decided to sic debt collectors on me. The only good part abut this school isn't even good, and that's the fact that it's easy as all hell. I struggled more in high school than in this dump of an establishment. So if you're looking for an incredibly easy and quick degree, this is it, but it won't be fun and you won't learn anything. If you're looking for a school in upstate, I would recommend FLCC. I'm attending their now and WOW am I enjoying it.

If you want a quick degree where you don't actually learn anything then I recommend coming here. The teachers don't want to be here and they most certainly don't want to help their students further their understanding. The only place that was actually helpful in the whole school was the service desk. If you have questions go there. The school is only concerned about receiving money from you and churning out students who have no idea what to do next with their degree.

Id like to point out how incredibly stupid some if these people leaving reviews are. They are complaining about not learning anything and getting useless degrees. Nobody makes you choose your major. Pick a specialized degree like nursing so you have a guaranteed good job for the rest of your life. MCC is affordable and has a great variety of classes.

Great place, great professors and great locations. I went to both campus and I can attest the help and care from each professors that I received, including Susan Nagle, Joe Sturnick, Adrian Smalls, and late Susan Cable RIP✝️ Thank you all for your dedication day after day as well as everyone that was part of the Criminal Justice Club during 2013-2015 years. God bless you all.

Monroe community college is one of the best community colleges I have had the pleasure of attending. The student body however, keeps to themselves. If you want the social aspect of this community college try joining some clubs or electives within your degree.
