Walked in on black Friday,  guy measured my feet,  helped with shoes and lifestyle to help plantar fascitis.  Accommodating,  polite, helpful  and a teacher discount which was awesome.

They didn't have my son's size so they offered to order the tennis shoes for us.  I decided to go ahead and do this even though I don't like to at any store and after this experience it just reinforced my feelings about ordering like this.
The shoes came in a couple of weeks later, I received a call from the sales girl telling me that the ordered tennis shoes were in the store.  I drove all the way down there and found out that the size was wrong!  ok....no one checked the shoes when they arrived in the store against the actual order that I placed.  Just went ahead and called me to pick them up without checking the size.
So...waste of time, waste of fuel, waste of sales clerk without common sense to check before calling the customer.  
Also...my husband has had issues with them not carrying very many sizes in work boots.  The selection on the wall is nice but they didn't have a 12, 12 1/2 or 13 in any of them without a steel toe.
