Disappointed. Was told fixing the link would cost me $5, but needs to be sent out because they don't carry it. When I picked it up, they charged me $20.

Jeweler was very friendly; changed both of my watch batteries while I waited.  Only charged $7 per battery, while other jewelers in the area are now charging between $10-$20 per battery.
