AVOID.Brought it in for a simple repair, sat there for a week and half untouched, took another week to complete. When I got it back had the same problem and had to take it to another shop and pay to do the same job over again. Other shop got it done and back to me same day. Made owner aware of this, he’s good with words but nothing but excuses and no refund.

It is an absolute pleasure to be able to have a mechanic who not only knows his stuff, but is kind and courteous! Monster Automotive is not only affordable, but hands down one of the best places to have work done to your car. I drive almost two hours just to come here, simply because I don't trust other people to have the same level of professionalism and skill that you can find here, at Monster Automotive.

I had no problems working with Terrill. He matches and beats the price of other shops. Extremely well ran shop.
