The worse place to work, lots of favoritism. Not everyone stay more then 6 month ppl come and go. They don’t even have control of the call they spend more time looking at ppl break when they pass 30 sec and not making improvements. Ppl that calls complain of the wait

I fear calling about my schedule because they're pretty rude, or they act like you're suppose to have some scripted response to them. The driver picks me up either 10 minutes early and drives around for a half hour with just me in the bus when my stop is barely 8 minutes away, or I get picked up on time and still dropped off in a 20 minute ride instead of the 10 minute. If I'm the only one on the bus, why should I have to wake an hour earlier just so I can be bounced around in the bus for longer than I need to be?

Horrible vendors. They allow to place a complaint but take no action. They rush you off the phone. Also, they are never on time to pick you up for appointments. Very irresponsible.

Worst transportation scheduling company for masshealth rides ever, 2 hours wait time on phone to get thru, hire more people for crying out loud. Also terrible for filing complaints against drivers with as well, they take no action.

Worst service for the disabled! You will never get to your appointments on time and many times will be stranded with no one picking you up or answering their phones! Despicable!
