I have a gluten sensitivity (not as severe as some allergies) of which they were very  cognizant. I can't say how well they handled it in the kitchen because my symptoms are not severe. That being said, they do have gluten-free bread that they will replace any toast with. When asked, the owner(?) was very clear as to what was available to me. My wife had The Big Sky and I had the Cowboy Scramble. They were both delicious and the coffee was hot enough to be good without being too hot to drink right away. My wife says the Mayan Mocha was amazing.

Decent coffee and great baked goods. This is a good place to grab something on the run or sit down with friends in a café setting.

Amazing coffee. My daughter got hot cocoa and otmeale very good.  I got a breva and quesh very yummy.  Fast service. Very nices.

Montana Coffee Traders has some of the best locally produced coffee in the area they have water process decaf which we like and a great breakfast and lunch type menu with pastry and other small baked items the staff are always very helpful and friendly and pretty average prices for a coffee shop if you're from out of the area don't miss out on getting some of this coffee!
