Long time eye doctor for our whole family. Recently had a massive headache with pain behind my eyes, turns out it was my sinuses.  They were willing to see me on a Sunday, but didn't go in because the meds prescribed worked great!  Smart guys :-)

My contact had fallen out and my prescription had expired so I needed an emergency eye exam so I could see again. I was told I couldn't be seen for a month...

I spent 30 minutes waiting for the optometrist before I eventually had to leave. They took me right back from the general waiting room for my appointment, but then it was thirty minutes of waiting in a dimly lit exam room without a status update or check in of any kind from the medical team.

The front desk staff was great, the facility is brand new and gorgeous, and they had what appeared to be a very nice selection of glasses. Unfortunately none of that matters if the care cannot be delivered professionally. Part of that professional requirement is respect for the patients time. 

Be sure to bring a book; based on my experience are going to need it.
