Their rentals are clean and cozy. Any time I ever had any leaky faucets or any household problems, they fixed it and got it done! They have excellent customer service skills! They are friendly and seem to genuinely care about -people. Also, I got my deposit back in full! Matt does a great job and Susan is always helpful and friendly!

This company is a crack up, and the owner could care less! Daughter and son in law moved into a trailer with a water leak that they did not address for about 2 weeks they now have black mold growing, there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detextors, hot water heater is completely rusted out and ready to rust out, the last renters trashed the place and the management company. Did not come and look at  conditions, as a matter of fact is was condemmend and the property manager name held for now, then played stupid like she didn't know!  There are holes in the walls broken windows, and a back door that has a blue foam board up for the door, no locks! My daughter is a hard worker and the 800$ a month is rediculas!!   I myself personally spoke with management and the owners, do not recommend! House was discusting filty, and no saftey for her, even had a perp in a truck at bottom of her drive way, snooping around, she told police! And management so they can address THERE RESPONSIBILITY!!, Some of the other reviews, the positive ones, well let's say we have had no good experience! Yet

The Management allowed the owner/my neighbor to co manage my rental property resulting in a major lack of communication. The owner would show up on my property with no notice and ended up subletting my rental to another neighbor without my consent. They still owe me money in exchange for the appliances I upgraded while renting from them and the owner. They are always late on keeping their end of the bargain if they keep it at all.

This guy is a real joke. I was helping a friend with a disability try to find housing. This guy had no problem taking the money for the application fee then never contacts you again. Won't answer the phone or return calls. What a great way to line your pockets by taking advantage of people, especially disabled people. Would not recommend trying to rent from this creep. The guy isn't even decent enough to give the common courtesy of a return phone call to tell you if you have been approved or denied, and explain why. But sure is happy to take your money!!!! Pretty unethical business person. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.  Will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

This guy was a joke.... He was terrible at communicating as soon as you pay your $30 app fee per person then all communication dropped afterwards. We were ALWAYS the ones calling leaving messages and calling back because communicating was SO POOR. And his Secretary was as rude as they come. This isn't thee first time we have delt with this company. But sure as hell will be the last. It doesn't even deserve one star. It deserves the better business bureau....
