Left about a minute into entering the store. The staff was incredibly rude and abrasive, ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Not surprised others have shared the same poor, foul experiences.

Wow, I'm wondering if I was really in the same store as the other three people that wrote the scathing reviews. My experience was exactly the opposite. I was greeted at the door and warmly offered assistance, should I need any. After being left to my own peaceful browsing for about 15-20 minutes, I returned to the front desk to ask for assistance with a beautiful sterling silver flatware set. The gentleman that helped me was quick to get the appropriate keys and patiently assisted me with the sterling flatware set and also numerous other cases for other items I was interested in. I browsed for over an hour with several of the staff assisting me almost continuously but never a note of pushiness or the attitude that others reviewers reported. This shop has an excellent collection with a wide range of fine antiques and the prices are reasonable for the quality of items. Don't come looking here for the kitschy garage sale crap that you see in many "antique" stores these days, but DO come here for fine quality and condition antiques that are conveniently and artfully displayed by a warm and friendly staff. I spent $3200 on several items and I'll definitely be back to spend more!

Been back twice. Found many lovely things. This place is a distance from Me but I enjoyed their selections. The staff has always been kind to me and my friend. We will return again.

Rude, officious, patronizing man at the counter caused us to leave the store inside of five minutes. We made a simple informational request: what are the terms and conditions for renting space and selling in this "center." Rather than answering the question, the young man questioned whether we were up to the daunting task of pricing and selling our own merchandise. When I mentioned we had an early 18th-century map of Belgium (by Nicolas Visscher) on eBay, he became gratuitously contentious, really argumentative, as to our ability to know what we had (i.e., to authenticate our map) and to price it appropriately. Anyone who tries to sell an antique on eBay, he implied, is an idiot. This is precisely the kind of small establishment that drives people to the internet. If you want to visit an establishment where obnoxious staff will elevate your blood pressure to unsafe levels, this is your place. If you're not in need of a stress test, avoid at all costs.
