Exceptional "top notch" service, and highly recommend to you, family and friends. When my mother passed away in 2007, the care and compassion given to my family during the darkest days of our lives was exceptional and professional. Thank you Mark, you will forever carry a very special place in our hearts. The Funeral Home itself is simply beautiful, warm and welcoming. My mother was in the "Blossom" room, which was simply beautiful. Due to the wonderful service and impression given to our family, friends and guest, many have made Montclair-Lucania their funeral home. Thank you and "til we meet again!".

I don't want to give it even 1 star.  This was the worst experience.  This place is outdated and rips off people who are morning the loss of their loved one. My Mother In-law had a pre arranged contract with a crematorium, for my Father In-Law.  She told that to the funeral home.  She told them they have to send his body there for cremation.  Tom said they have to put the cremation price on the contract for paper purposes, and it would be deducted later, he LIED!!  They did the cremation themselves and charged her for it.  So now she is not only out of the money she paid to the crematorium she is out an additional 1700.00 the funeral home charged her.  Also when asked if they had Tv's that take USB drives to show a video he said yes, but they did not.  Their tv and disc player were so outdated that we couldn't play our video.

I used them for my mothers wake and they were so helpful with everything. The price packages were not bad at all with everything that comes in it. Mark, Karen, Griselda were all amazing and very friendly and supportive. Anything we needed or wanted they made it happen for us. They help through every step of the way. I am so glad I chose them and will use them in the future if needed. I recommend them a hundred percent and would not use any other place. They always remembered who I was an even help moving my mothers ashes into other urns that we ordered for free. I had no bad experience with them throughout the whole process even though I was numb most of the time!

My family used their services about 2 months ago and what an experience! We received nothing less than a world-class treatment! They will go above and beyond to make you feel like family in the most difficult times of your life. Beautiful place that can accommodate many people. Flexible. Not a single negative thing to say about this place. Unsurpassed value!
