Superb customer service. It had been 4 years since we last purchased a mattress from this company. It was such a positive result that we went back to them recently when we needed a replacement mattress. Brian and his team could not have made the process easier nor more pleasant. We don't often take the time to write a review, but the great product and the exceptional customer service provided need to be publicly acknowledged.

This is the second bed I bought from them. They are now located in Carmel under Gingerich built.

Delivery time and people. Excellent
Bed-  comfortable and supportive for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend.

My family and I lost our home in the recent wildfires in Big Sur, California. We came to Monterey Mattress to purchase a mattress and our expectations were more than exceeded. Brian Gingerich was extremely helpful and was able to offer us a bed at half the cost of any comparable bed on the market as part of their effort to support our community and offer fire relief. We never would have been able to afford a bed of such high quality and can't say enough about how comfortable it is. It is by far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Brian also tailored a flexible payment plan to fit our needs, so that we could pay the bed off over time as we transitioned into our new living situation. 5 stars for this kind, quality and customer orientated family business. We were recommended to go to Monterey Mattress from several people in our community and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a mattress.
