I waited at the entrance for one of the two attendants to speak with me. After they were done with the car ahead of me, they both turned and went behind doors. They made eye contact with me, so did I miss something? Maybe it had closed at 6:00pm? I decided to backup and leave around 6:04pm. I wish one of them could've told me they had just closed if that was the case, but I figured it might not be since they were just helping a car right in front of me. I was curious to see if they accepted debit since it didn't say on their info board. Oh well, will head to a different car wash from now on.

This is pretty crazy. It’s my first time to get a wash at this place and I pick the top of the line “#1 Vineyard Ultimate Wash” It offers 14 bullet points on their brochure for washing and cleaning your car. I was most interested in the wheel cleaning as their brochure says: HI-GLOSS TIRE DRESSING, WHEEL POLISH PROTECTANT, WHEEL CLEANER PRETREATMENT, DUAL HI-PRESSURE SIDE AND WHEEL BLAST, BULLDOG TIRE & WHEEL SCRUBBER.
Wow!!! My wheels are going to look great!!!! I ask the attendant, when do you clean the wheels and dress them??? He says, after the wash pull over here and we take care of that. After the car wash the wheels still look awful. I told the attendant I had the ULTIMATE WASH so he grabs the tire dressing. I said the wheels still look pretty dirty, are you going to clean them? Answer: We already did. The car wash does everything…. I said, did you put the polish over all that dirt? NO ANSWER….. I said, the brochure includes BULLDOG WHEEL SCRUBBER, HI-PRESSURE WHEEL BLAST, WHEEL CLEANER PRETREATMENT…. Did you do that? Answer: I didn’t make up the brochure.
After observing many vehicles get a car wash everyone gets the same treatment. They spray the car with water and take a brush and quickly go over the side of your car and wheels. No special cleaning if you get the ULTIMATE WASH. After taking the car thru the wash a second time and a promise they would do better; it came out the same. After waiting for the attendant for quite a while to finish the job I gave up and did it myself.

This is the best (production) carwash in Morgan Hill.You have to do the inside yourself, clean windows etc. I am amazed at southern california car washes with many fast people really cleaning a car inside and out for ca. $10, plus we leave a tip. They must make money and provide a lot of jobs as it is usually very crowded but fast.  My worst complaint here is the guys who ought to be directing me in are often looking at each other, waving me in,  and yakking as I bump into the curb!  The wash is decent, they always, well, usually, have clean towels and are generally cooperatively responsive to special requests ("please get bugs off of grill") kind of things. Their filtered and recycled water seems to always be clean and I don't have muddy reside on my car as I have at one of the other places which charges much more.
