Silver Spring police are as bad as they get.  Disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy, childish, power-hungry.  Try to file a complaint.  It will get lost, misfiled, forgotten about, or dismissed.  You will then find a larger-than-normal police presence in your life.  When you report this, the situation becomes worse.  MCPD, specifically Silver Spring police, are walking talking clichés of crooked cops.  Trespassing, harassment, failure to identify, complicacy in unlawful arrests & unlawful imprisonments, utter failure at all supervisory levels to reign in the abuse of power.

I say this all from experience.  There is no point in deleting this.  It is accurate, within the google+ guidelines, and will be re-posted indefinitely if you delete this again.
