These people have no empathy, and are completely disconnected with how someone like me struggles. In short, i'ts just another government agency trying to keep someone from obtaining benefits, that would really make a difference in their lives.

The one blonde counselor there is useless. She has no empathy or emotional intelligence. 
They are burnt out and don't seem to care about veterans needs.
