Run far away from this place! We arrived late at night to find hair all over both beds, a chunk of goop on one of the sheets, and goop all over inside of the microwave. A man on staff came to help change the bedding when we called and notified them of the hair all over and goop. He never offered any sort of discount for the horrific unsanitary condition of the room. Not to mentioned we as paying customers ended up doing half of the work of changing the soiled sheets!! The next morning at check out my husband told the lady working at the desk of all of the trouble we had and she said the manager would call us and we never got a call. No refund, no call, this place is disgusting with NO customer service. I have stayed at numerous hotels and the ones who understand the meaning of customer service always offer discounts for their mistakes and make sure your stay is decent and comfortable. This place did neither. I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels. I expect it to be overall clean and to have halfway decent customer service. I hardly ever give a negative review, but I can honestly say I've never stayed in a place where something like this has happened and the management does nothing. Do not stay here. Run far away! It's too bad they could have had us as ongoing customers, since we travel through there every year. Now, not only will we never stay there again, we will also warn our friends and family to avoid this place!

Friendly staff, and adorable breakfast baskets. Pet friendly too, which was great. Some grass out front for the dog, and good wifi. Solid shower pressure too. Only negatives were some cleanliness issues, and some stained sheets.

The new owners are striving hard to restore this roadside court-styled motel to its original luster. Fresh paint, modern amenities and gracious hospitality are front and center. A little more work and they'll achieve their goal. For now, it's a great value for this area; close to several national parks without the tourist-trap prices. If you require the glitz, Moab is your stop. Otherwise, this is a great value.

We stayed here on a stopover during a cross country road trip. Fine for the price. Management was nice and the room was clean. There isn't much more to ask for from this type of stay.

The Inn was fine for a stopover. The room was clean, but nothing fancy. The A/C unit was extremely loud. The bathroom was tiny, and the old style tile shower needed re-grouting and the handle leaked. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. There is plenty of free parking.
