We randomly saw a sign for the train museum and once we were done there we decided to eat. The Red Wheel was awesome! Delicious food prepared fast, friendly service and a very clean establishment. I would definitely stop here again if we are in the area! My husband had the beer battered fish, I had the red wheel burger and my cousin had the spaghetti. All were great choices and highly recommend!!

Food was very tasty and good portions. Service was excellent. Menu is extensive. Pri es are appropriate. We will definitely come back!

You should never prepare or serve food you wouldn't eat yourself! Took my family there for lunch yesterday...i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon n cheese....Worst thing I ever ate! The chicken was either freezer burnt or reheated in the microwave! I couldn't break it off as I bit into it! The bacon was the worst part...very very overdone and curled up...thought I bit a piece of glass..i ended up scraping it off my sandwich...this place gets 2 stars because my family's food looked way better and overall price $40 Not too bad for family of 5! If you give this place a shot do not order whay I did!

Monticello Red Wheel Restaurant is like you go to a car dealer. Either you wanna buy a Porsche or a Honda. This restaurant serves 90% of its food homemade. Some local restaurants serve 3rd generation food. The bad reviews you read, are more than likely coming from competition. For you to know what kind of food we serve, visit us!

The food was overpriced and wasn't very good. I paid $30 plus tip for two for what felt like freezer food from our own fridge. The waitress was alright but when you go to a restaurant you expect food worth the price they charge. Menu is also extremely basic. Would not recommend and won't be back.
