What a dump.  The bar crowd is made up of a boatload of drunken locals.  Smoking allowed looks like the movie The Fog.  Bartender was really impressed with herself and rude and the place is really a dump

I was walking home from coriopolis and I stopped in at the Montour hotel is about 78 people in there the bar mage was very nice I had about four drinks until my daughter came and picked me up it seemed like a nice place to go to and nobody bothered you and everybody kept themselves there's a lot of TVs in there with sporting events on and a pool table and darts

Got kicked out for standing up. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff then proceeded to take and pour out our full drinks when trying to pay tab. Don’t waste your time here

It's a Clean and classy bar.  It has a Friendly staff. There is a pool table in pretty good condition and a dart board. The bathrooms are small but clean and nice. And they do Serve good food. Most of the customers are freindly too. :-

If you want to get away for awhile and drown your sorrows, this is the place. It's dark and moody. Has a pool table, bar trivia game and Shirley and the other woman pouring your drink are great to look at, talk to if you want to and will give you space if needed. Great place to drink away your stress, sorrows or to hide from your in laws if their in town.

Daily drink specials on already cheap drinks. Burgers and pizza made by the bartenders are unexpectedly good. Internet jukebox, 3 tvs, bar top gaming, and a pool table make up the entertainment. Seating around the U shaped bar or about 12 high tables with high chairs. Bartenders are cute. The crowd averages older more times then not. Can be loud and crowded, especially during pool league nights. All and all not a bad place to get a cheap drink, and watch a local sports game or wheel of fortune.

This is a really cool place for karaoke on Monday nights but be advised it is a smoker friendly establishment so if you don't like cigarette smoke this may not be the place for you although they do have Smoke Eaters

Always a good time : karaoke on Thursdays is always fun

I have lived at the Montour Hotel for almost 2 years I do not know of a place that is better, the landlord runs a very tight Hotel keep clean keep quiet respect others pay your rent or get out and I believe that's the right way to run a hotel, when my ceiling fan burnt up I let the landlady know and two hours later the maintenance man installed a brand new fan.The bar here is an old fashioned bar with regular customers that are like family and bartenders who treat you with respect, passing through Coraopolis? Stop at the Montour, you won't regret it.
