I used Joe Montoya to file my taxes and he took our money and never sent our paperwork to the IRS. He also said I didn't have any deductions which come to find out I did after taking my W2 to a real tax professional (CPA). Joe preys on people who are unfamiliar how taxes should be filed. Now I know never to go to somebody who is just an EA (Enrolled Agent = 8 hr certificate) He charges you $50 and never files your taxes with the IRS, misses deductions, and makes you have to pay late fees to the IRS. I have hired an attorney to sue for misrepresentationa and fraud. Please do your research even a friend or family refers you to someone and stay away from Joe Montoya!!!!
