Tracy is a really good person, but it's still taken us about 6 month to get our health insurance processed because they keep losing the paperwork.

Beware of a one "Janice becker" she handles the Employment first program.  Apparently she holds the right to tell anyone if they are adult or not and the right to have a child in this world she thinks she's god.  We all know how messed up the system can be but does that give a "Old" lady the right to put her personal opinion  into the matter of the future and to yell it while your in her office, no I think not.  Her superior was notified and all she got was basically "Janice don't do that."  Well this isn;t the first time Health and human services has fowled something up because they believe that they are better then the rest of the citizens of this town.  So use caution when talking to this cranky old lady if you have no choice and are stuck in that dead end program where they believe part-time jobs don't matter.  

A very unprofessional establishment and a very disturbed woman in a position of power.
