At Montville Primary Care we provide comprehensive health care starting at age 5. Our group is comprised of four family physicians and three nurse practitioners. Our providers and office staff work well together to help you make healthy lifestyle choices, improve and maintain your health and prevent illness. We strive to develop long term relationships with our patients. We find that patients who have a strong relationship with their family physician enjoy better overall health.
Our medical building houses multiple specialists and services to provide comprehensive care under one roof. We are open six days a week including evening and Saturday hours, same day appointments available.

After reading the other reviews I was a little afraid to go to this office but i was really sick and they were able to get me in right away.  I was happy with everything this office had to offer. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.  They we able to get in with a specialist right away.  The Doctor was was excellent.  I am actually changing them to my primary care doctor.  They can do blood work at their office which my previous could not and they have Saturday and evening hours which are both very convent for me.  I would highly recommend this practice.

Best doctors office by far. I’ve been a patient for 5 years. If I am sick they always get me in same day.  The staff  is always very helpful and friendly. Everything about this office is convenient.

The quality of care surpasses all of the silly comments by others regarding staff. Reviews are important but people need be honest with reviews.
I have been with this office for 26 years. The medical doctors truly care for their patients. These doctors have gone out of their way to help me and my family members. Recently, my husband lost his job and we had no insurance. I went to the office with very high pressure and they immediately put me on the EKG. When I went to pay, they said don't worry about it! NOW THATS AWESOME!!!!!!!

I had a good experience the staff was very helpful and friendly! I didn't have to wait so long as I have in the past with previous doctors. Everyone was polite and my visit went smooth..

Dr. Subrati is so kind, caring and compassionate , he's a complete gem! The staff, not so much unfortunately.  You can walk in, stand by the window...the front staff will look up and go back to what the are doing, like you are not even there.  It's a shame,  because it could be a good practice😔
