We were referred to Monument Pharmacy by our vet after our dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease & we feel so lucky to have found them! To make a long story short, our dog needed a dose of a medicine that isn't manufactured normally. Given too little, it wouldn't treat her condition & too much gives her another condition. Monument pharmacy was able to compound the prescription specifically to our dogs' needs! Shortly after, our dog was diagnosed with a heart condition & she now has additional prescription needs. Luckily we had found Monument pharmacy & knew where to have her prescriptions ready for her quickly as opposed to mail in that would have taken days plus extra shipping costs. Their staff is incredibly friendly, treats you like family, & treats your pet like family. Our family feels so grateful they are here for all our pets' needs!

I was referred to this pharmacy for end of life care for my cat, aka pain killers. They got the address wrong and I never received them, but that charge went through on my credit card instantly. A week of waiting and I call to find out that they had an incomplete address. They would have to call the doctor to authorize another order. A week later they still haven't had a  response from the doctor. They wouldn't be able to get me even one dose before my companion needed to be euthanized.  They did zero follow up, didn't seem to care that they were screwing up and blamed the pay office for losing packages all of the time. Will never recommend.

Great customer service, everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! So easy to use!  You call in the order and with a card number on file they process and drop in the mail, we always received within a couple of days. We had put in a refill order the day our cat passed away.  I called them just to see if we could send the meds back and if they might be able to donate to someone who was in need, not expecting any sort of refund.  Although they are not able to re-use meds, even if unopened, they surprised me by refunding the cost of the meds.  Such a caring gesture that really helped, even if on a small scale, in dealing with the loss of our beloved family member.  Thank you Monument, we will use you for any future medication needs that arise!
