This is the best place to get your oil changed in Gahanna. They are fast, friendly, and the place where they have you wait while they finish is comfortable. I don't feel they gouge you with the prices, and afterwards you get a token for a free car wash. Great place all around!

What a great carwash! I go to this location multiple times a day to get my car washed. Always a friendly staff. If your car is dirty its time to take it on down to the Moo Moo! I advise getting a carwash package so you can get unlimited carwashes and they are currently running a special!

update They seem to have fixed the problem and the sensor in the windshield opens the gates at all the shops. I'm afraid this car wash at all of them have a major problem. Whoever their software vendor is they claim cannot seem to get their programming correct. Every time I pull into one of their car washes there was a problem and I usually sit there until someone comes out to start pushing buttons. Supposed to be automatic should not have to even roll down my window. Then a few days ago at the East Broad Street shop before I could pull out it started up with no water or soap or anything except brushes beating the hell out of my paint job on my Cadillac. When I got them to look at it the manager said it was impossible but then agreed to pay for a detailing on my car. Plenty of apologies they don't seem to be solving any of their problems. Dryers suck and leave lots of water on the car. Everything else okay except for their hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and they don't open til 10 a.m. on Sunday which doesn't make any sense. They should extend their hours. I got the $40 per months unlimited which is up to 2 washes a Day. It's a great deal when you're on the road every day all day and night like I am. This is the reason I want them open before or after 8. It always seems like I need a wash badly and they're closed. This is a review of all their locations since I've been to them all.

The oil change part of this business went down hill in a hurry after the manager named Heath left. I was a customer for 5+ years and always enjoyed a friendly, customer-service oriented experience. I went to have my oil changed recently and was essentially harassed to buy windshield wipers, air filter and a tire rotation. I can understand a company trying to sell products, that's the world we live in. However, I had new tires installed on my car 2 days before my oil change, I replaced my wipers and air filter about a month ago. Before, under different management, I was always shown my air filter and if it wasn't bad they'd use the air compressor to clean it out and recommend an estimated date on when it may need changed. Heath and his staff would look at my vehicle and make recommendations and leave the decisions to me. The new staff didn't take the time to ask me about these parts on my vehicle so it was obvious that they didn't bother to inspect them, or they would have known that I didn't need any of those services at that time. I highly valued the customer service approach rather than what I consider to be pushy sales tactics to make as much money off of me that day, rather than have a repetitive customer. It was a completely different experience than what I've been accustomed to as a long-term patron of this business. My last experience is enough for me to say that I will no longer be a customer.
